Anika Dhavle

Anika Dhavle was born in Pune, India, and now calls Northern Virginia home. She holds a Master of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources.

Anika was an Assistant Professor at the University of Pune (her alma mater) for nine years, where she taught undergraduate courses in English Literature. She developed her accounting skills during her didactic MBA coursework and decided to pursue accounting professionally. Anika completed US accounting coursework with high distinction at Northern Virginia Community College, and earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation in 2018.

Anika most recently worked as a Staff Accountant at Charles Cooker, CPA, before joining Ross & Moncure as a Tax Associate in September 2017.
