Cindy Fan

Cindy Fan joined the Ross & Moncure team in July 2024 shortly after moving to Washington, DC. At the firm, she specializes in client communications and organizing meetings that are productive and timely. She also performs background administration tasks to smoothen the tax preparation process for everyone involved.

She holds a Bachelors of Design from OCAD University located in Toronto. During her down time, she enjoys sketching and city exploration.
