A. Houston Moncure

A. Houston Moncure grew up between Bluefields, Jamaica and Washington, DC. He is a graduate of Episcopal High School and Temple University, where he majored in Communications and Mass Media.

Houston is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the firm. He handles firm systems and operations with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness. Thanks to his efforts, R&M meets the highest standards of privacy and data security.
